To order: make sure pop ups are allowed.

It is fun and very much appreciated if you can speak a few words of Balinese.

There are 3 or 4 levels depending on the caste of the person you are speaking to.

We will concentrate on common, informal Balinese between equals - lumrah - it's unlikely that you will be talking to Balinese high priests.

Each lesson is a typical conversation of short sentences.

We give the vocabulary in Balinese on one side of the page and the English translation on the opposite side.

There is a breakdown of the grammatical structure.

There are loudspeaker icons, so that you can hear the pronounciation.

Click on it to hear the words spoken in Balinese.

You need Microsoft PowerPoint installed on your computer.

Each chapter costs US$2.

We will email the chapter to you and you can play it as often as you like.

If it doesn't arrive within 2 days, please email us. We usually get immediate notification from PayPal but very occasionally we don't.

Chapter 1: Initial Meeting

Chapter 2: What is this?/What are these?

Chapter 3: What is that?/What are those?

Chapter 4: Where are you going?

Chapter 5: Who is this?

Chapter 6: What kind of dog is this?

Chapter 7: Where's the sea here?

Chapter 8: When are you going to the mountain?

We will be adding to the chapters.
